Rail Line Concrete Mixing Truck

Description
Driven by the power of motor, MJC series concrete mixing truck rotates a revolving drum through the pulley mechanism to mix the concrete. This concrete transport truck can also load, discharge and transport concrete.

General Requirements
1. The concrete mixing transport truck shall be manufactured in accordance with the drawings and technical documents approved by the prescribed procedures.
2. All parts of the concrete mixing truck must be qualified. Purchased parts must have a quality certificate, and must be inspected and accepted before use.
3. Electrical parts of the rail line concrete mixing truck shall comply with the provisions of GB3836.1 and GB3836.2; the cables shall comply with the requirements of MT 818.
4. Components shall use non-metallic materials, and shall be in line with the provisions of MT113. Don’t use aluminum or aluminum alloy materials.
5. The chassis and connection pins of the concrete transport truck comply with the requirements of MT387 and MT244.2 respectively; the drawbar shall comply with safety requirements.

Environmental Conditions
The concrete mixing transport truck will operate reliably under the following conditions:
(a) The average relative humidity is not more than 95% (+ 25°C);
(b) Roadway slope is not greater than 6%;
(c) Content of methane, carbon monoxide, coal seam gas at the working site shall not exceed the regulated content as described in Coal Mine Safety Regulations.

Machine requirements
1. The joints, fasteners shall be reliably connected to avoid damage or deformation.
2. Under normal conditions, the mixing drum of the concrete mixing truck should rotate flexibly with no periodic impact sound.
3. The outer surface of the concrete transport truck should be smooth, and exposed surfaces, tools, spare parts and other rust-proof surfaces should be cleaned and coated with anti-rust paint or grease.
4. Mark a safe color at an obvious place of the rail line concrete mixing truck, and the truck should meet the provisions of AQ1043.
5. During the transport, the mixing drum rotates at 1- 3r/min, and the maximum speed of the concrete mixing transport truck does not exceed 10km/h.
6. Surface derusting grade of the rail line concrete mixing truck before painting should not less than ST2 of GB/T 8923, the surface coating should be consistent with the provisions of JB/T 5000.12, main welding parts of the concrete mixing truck should be consistent with JB / T 5000.3. The welding quality of the bogie shall not less than Grade III in GB/T 3323.
7. When the concrete is delivered at the destination after mixing in the concrete mixing truck with ready-mixed concrete, the quality of concrete shall meet the provisions of Article 5.1.19 of GB/T26408-2011.
8. Scrap factor of the concrete transport truck is specified in Article 5.1.23 of GB/T26408-2011.
9. The mixing drum shall meet the provisions of Article 5.3 of GB/T26408-2011.
10. The chute shall conform to the provisions of Article 5.4 of GB/T26408-2011.
11. After assembling the machine, 2-hour running test is required. During the test, the rotation should be smooth without impact sound, and the maximum oil temperature of the reducer should not be higher than 75℃. The temperature should not rise more than 35℃, and no oil spills.
12. The noise is not greater than 90dB (A) when the concrete mixing transport truck is operating.
13. The motor power during idle running is not greater than 30% of the rated power.
14. The average trouble-free working time (Tb) of the concrete mixing truck is not less than 100h, and its reliability (R) is not lower than 85%.

Operating System
1. Light and flexible high-speed operating rod. The mechanical operating rod should be provided with locking device, and electrical device should be equipped with an emergency stop button.
2. Operation sign should be designed to indicate the operation direction of feeding, mixing and discharging.

Electrical System
1. Motor insulation resistance should not be lower than 0.5MΩ.
2. Protection class of motor should not be lower than GB4208 of IP55.
3. Motors, electromagnetic starters, wires and cables, belts and other products should have valid national coal-mining safety certificates.
