Tunneling Excavating Design Option 4
Crawler Mucking Loader + Scraper Conveyor + Belt Conveyor
Description
1. This option is suitable for level tunnel and inclined shaft with an angle smaller than 18°.
2. The scrapper is 45m long and can move back about 35m together with the mucking loader during mine explosion.
3. The main feature of this option is that the scraper is flexible. We can extend the scrapper’s trough and chain as the tunneling process goes further.
4. Extend the belt once and shorten the scraper conveyor for 50m as the tunneling goes 50m further.
5. It's easy and convenient to operate with high efficiency.
