1. The driver should be a full time one with a qualified certification. Irrelevant personnel should not start the machine arbitrarily.
2. The cutting head should be in a spinning status when tunneling.
3. The cutting head should not be started with objects bond. If the cutting head is already in the coal or rock, the starting of the cutting motor is prohibited. Under this circumstance, we need to retreat first and then start.
4. The spray and aspirating cooling system should be on when the cutting head is under working. 5. The backside supporting part should be retracted to its limits and the front shovel should be raised up when the machine is moving forward, backward or turning around. By this, we can control the range of the movement to prevent it touching the transshipment machine.
6. To the dropped huge coal and rock, we need to take a proper way to make it small in size before loading. If a huge chunk struck the entrance, manual smash is needed. Reckless drag using the scraper machine is prohibited.
7. Stop immediately if any abnormal sound heard. The machine can only be started again after the reason is found and the problem solved.
8. No arbitrary adjustment to the height of the hydraulic system and the spray and aspirating system. If there is the need, professionals are required.
9. Clean container is required during the oil filling process. Oil pollution should be avoided because it may get the components damaged.
10. If the temperature of the oil tank beyond 80℃, the machine should be stopped for cooling. Restart the machine when the temperature is normal
. 11. Stop and check the machine immediately if the pressure value of the hydraulic system fluctuated madly, the overflow valve opened repeatedly, the system noise emerged and the heat is in a severe level.
12. Lest the system getting hot by the long time overflow, the operating stick should be released immediately if the oil cylinder reaches the end.
13. Stop the machine immediately if the machine got jammed during the cutting process. The stop can prevent long time motor overload

14. The machine should not be started under the below occasions:
(1) The tunnel is out of water and the spray and aspirating cooling system is out of work..
(2) The oil level is below the range of the indicator.
(3) The bucket teeth got damaged more than five.
(4) The fastening bolt loosed in the relevant connecting positions such as the places between the motor and the speed reducing box, the cutting head and the cutting arm.
(5) Electric latching and anti-explosion property damaged.
